I’d like to give a shout out to Fiona McMahon. Fiona joined DUAL only 5 weeks before lockdown, and despite not having her colleagues around her, she has progressed so well with mostly remote training and guidance from her mentor Leighann Saunders and her manager Matt Whiteoak.  Fiona achieved her underwriting authority in December 2021.
