Back in 1998, our founders had a dream – to set up a different kind of underwriting business. One built with talented, creative underwriters who have greater authority to follow their commercial instincts. 

This dream is still the driving force behind the business. 

From one office to five continents

DUAL started out of a single office in Madrid writing only financial lines. A little over two decades later, we operate in five continents, from locations across Europe, North and Latin America, the Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand. 

Today, DUAL is one of the world’s largest MGAs, with more than 1,800 people in 21 countries, creating solutions across 70 product lines.
